Information system security

  • On October 16, 2018, ShareCRM passed the level-3 of information system security protection assessment and completed filing with the public security authorities.
  • By adhering to the national information security system and actively cooperating with the public security authorities in the work of hierarchical protection, ShareCRM complies with national technical security requirements and security management requirements for information system security construction and accepts the supervision and inspection of regulatory authorities.
  • Passing the level-3 protection assessment means that ShareCRM possesses security protection capabilities, including security countermeasures and recovery capabilities, as defined by the level-3 information system, when responding to information security threats.

Network_transmission_security

  • ShareCRM's website has VeriSign 128-bit mandatory extended validation (EV) server certificates from Symantec, a leading global solution provider in information security, to encrypt transmitted information.
  • At the same time, as a third-party security certification authority, VeriSign's partner scans the security status of ShareCRM's website on a daily basis to identify various hidden risks in the website application deployment and notify ShareCRM.

  • The databases of each company are independent. Even if a customer's employee makes a serious operation error, the information of one company will not be passed to another company through the ShareCRM system.
  • The data confidentiality clauses are included in the purchase contract of ShareCRM services, and ShareCRM takes the initiative to assume the legal and financial responsibility of confidentiality.
  • For the process of exporting data to customers, there are also strict review provisions in the purchase contract to ensure customer data security.

  • Server cluster: The servers are clustered in a distributed manner, and all devices are guaranteed to provide high availability through multiple redundancy and mutual backup.
  • Automatic inspection by monitoring server: ShareCRM's monitoring server monitors ShareCRM's environment at all times and checks each server in a cycle to detect abnormalities in advance and handle them automatically. At the same time, it automatically reminds the system maintenance personnel by SMS and email. The monitoring server additionally offers redundancy and has two monitoring servers that check and backup each other.
