OKR
OKR — Objectives and Key Results — is a goal-setting framework that links high-level organizational objectives to specific, measurable outcomes used to track progress. An Objective defines the qualitative ambition (e.g., 'Become the leading CRM choice for mid-market manufacturing companies'); Key Results define the quantifiable milestones that indicate progress toward the objective (e.g., 'Win 50 manufacturing customers in Q3,' 'Achieve 90% retention rate for manufacturing accounts'). In revenue operations, OKRs are increasingly tracked using CRM data — pipeline metrics, win rates, and customer health scores serve as the measurement inputs for Key Results, making the CRM the system of record for OKR performance rather than a separate spreadsheet-based tracking system.
