Dashboard

A Dashboard in CRM is a configurable visual interface that displays key performance metrics — pipeline value, deal stage distribution, activity completion, win rates, case volumes — in real time, aggregated from underlying CRM records. Dashboards serve different audiences at different levels of granularity: a sales representative sees their own pipeline and activity targets; a regional manager sees team performance; an executive sees company-level revenue and forecast data. The effectiveness of a dashboard depends on both the platform's visualization capabilities and the quality of the underlying data. Dashboards built on incomplete or inconsistently maintained CRM records produce misleading views that can actually impair decision-making rather than support it.
