Overview

ShareCRM may engage certain service providers and infrastructure partners to support the provision, operation, security, and improvement of the Services. These entities may Process Personal Data on ShareCRM’s behalf in connection with the delivery of the Services (“Sub-processors”).

This page provides information regarding ShareCRM’s current Sub-processors, including, where applicable:

● the identity of the Sub-processor;

● the purpose of the Processing; and

● the geographic location(s) where Processing may occur.

Processing activities supporting the Services may be carried out through ShareCRM’s global operational model, which may involve coordinated service delivery functions, shared infrastructure, or centralized operational arrangements. The entities listed below represent third parties engaged by ShareCRM to support such activities.

Sub-processor Updates and Notifications

ShareCRM may update this Sub-processor List from time to time to reflect changes to its service providers or infrastructure arrangements.

Where required under applicable Data Protection Laws and Regulations, ShareCRM will:

● update this page prior to authorizing a new Sub-processor to Process Personal Data; and

● provide Customers with a mechanism to receive notice of such updates.
